# Create Alertline
Setup a new Alertline.
To create a new Alertline:
Navigate to **/spaces/alertlines** and follow these steps.

Alertline numbers are created with UK phone numbers only.

#### Click 'New Alertline' button

#### Enter Alertline name
For example 'Airline Crisis Alertline' (name can be edited later if required)

#### Click 'Save'
{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}
After the successful creation of the Alertline you will be redirected to the Alertline management screen.
The QR code represents the Alertline number and can be displayed publicly at your venue.
Subscribers can scan this code or send the work **START** to the number shown.
