Space Dashboard

The dashboard provides an overview of the resources and configuration of a Space.

Tip: configure spaces ahead of time to ensure all resources are ready when needed.

This is particularly useful when using Sentinel spaces for incident mangement.

The dashboard is divided into sections.

The layout may show differently based on the system module configuration and user permission

• Space Controllers

• Chat Channels

• Documents (DRM)

• Pinned Files

• Groups

• Prepared Broadcasts

Space Controllers

The space controllers section show the 'go to' people responsible for the the current space.

Pinned Files

Pinned files are files the space controller has chosen to pin to the dashboard.

These are usually important documents relating to the management or running of the Space.

However any file can be pinned here by the controller for reference.

Chat Channels

This section lists all of the Chat Channels that you are a member of from this space.

Note that there may be other channel in this space but the ones displayed are the ones that you interact with.

Groups

Space users and contacts can be further sub divided into space groups. These are used to quickly choose who to send mass notifications.

Documents (DRM)

This sections lists the DRM Docuemnts that you have been assigned. These docuemnts can be viewed in the console or connect iOS / Android apps (if available)

Prepared Broadcasts

Pre-defined broadcast configurations are listed and can be triggered from this section.

Triggering a prepared broadcast will generate a mass-notification to the users defined in the prepared template.
