# Hotline

Information delivery and voicemail management

Sentinel Hotline is a powerful and versatile tool for managing communications during emergencies and incidents. Hotlines can be configured in advance or created ad-hoc in under 60 seconds.

By simply calling the Hotline number critical information can be delivered whenever required.

* [Subscriber Notifications](/sentinel-documentation/spaces/hotline/subscriber-notifications.md) - Be notified of Hotline automatically via SMS or Email.
* [Access Control](/sentinel-documentation/spaces/hotline/access-control.md) - Delegate hotline management to chosen individuals.
* [Block List](/sentinel-documentation/spaces/hotline/blocklist.md) - Prevent nuisance numbers and block unwanted calls.

Navigate to **/space/hotlines** to list the Hotlines.

**Hotline Administrators** will see all of the space Hotlines listed on this page.

Other users (**Hotline Managers** / **Hotline Responders**) will only see Hotlines they have been assigned.
