# Subscriber Notifications

Notifications of Hotline Activity

People responsible for managing Hotlines may not be logging into the Sentinel console regularly to check the incoming voicemail recordings. To get notified when there is voicemail activity, managers can 'subscribe' to a Hotline and receive notifications which then prompt them to take action.

To subscribe to any Hotline click the 'Subscribe' button at the top of the Hotline dashboard.

Choose which notification methods are preferred and click 'save'.

Please note that notifications sent are throttled to prevent spamming subscribers with messages for every incoming voicemail that the hotline receives. Subscribers should receive no more than 1 message every 15 minutes or until the incoming voicemail activity stops.

### Managing Subscribers

All Hotline subscribers are listed in the subscribers tab.

Clicking 'Remove' the Hotline manger can remove and prevent notifications for any subscriber.
