# Mass Notification

Using Sentinel Mass Notification - staff, external customers and stakeholders can be all be promptly informed with up to date information and documents quickly and efficiently.

Mass Notification features include:

* Broadcast Groups - for quick recipient selection.
* Broadcast Templates - for ahead of time crisis planning.
* Multiple Channels - use email, sms, voice and in-app push notifications.
* Delivery Status - monitor the delivery and receipt of each message sent.
* Broadcast Response - receive feedback from recipients via broadcast questions.
* File Attachments - Send important documents and instructions

To get started navigate to **/spaces/broadcasts** to see the main broadcast screen.

This screen shows all broadcast for the current space.
