# Create Import
Start a new Bulk Import
To start the import process navigate to **/system/import-wizard**

### Click 'New Import'

### Import Name
Give a meaningful name and optional description for the Import.

### Import Method
The Import Method is what action you want to happen.
**Create**, **Update** or **Delete** records in bulk.

### Import Type
The Import Type is the resource type to be imported.
**Users** or **Contacts**

### Click 'Next'
Finally click 'Next' to create the Import and move onto the [next steps in the process](/sentinel-documentation/system-administration/import-wizard/import-process.md).
