# Submissions
Reviewing and accepting registration submissions
To review all registration form submissions navigate to **/system/registration/submissions**
All submissions are listed showing the type and date of submission.
### Reviewing Submissions

#### Click 'View Submission' button

#### Check submitted data
All submitted form information is presented for careful review.
For convenience when accepting a submission the new User can be assigned to a system Space and Permission group via the drop down menus.

Only **System Administrators** have the permission to assign to Spaces and Permission Groups

### Approve Submission
Once you are satisfied the data is accurate and is a genuine submission you can click the 'Approve' button to add to the system.
