# Create Contact

Create a new System Contact

Create system contacts on page **/system/contacts/create**

This area is restricted to users with permission:  **People Manager**

From this page you can manually enter Contact information via the create form.

The only required fields are **Name**, **Surname** and **Primary Email.** 

The primary email field does not need to be unique (like System Users). System Contacts cannot log into the system and so this restriction is not required.
