General System Settings

### Support Information

Support Email, Support Phone and Support URL can be specified. The support information is what is shown when clicking the 'Support' button in the navigation menu. You may wish to use the Sentinel support details or use your own alternative contacts details for system users to use.

### Virus Notification Email

The Sentinel anti-virus scanner scans all uploaded files for viruses. If detected, the email specified here will receive a warning notification.

### Logo In Emails

The *Logo In Emails* settings will add the system logo to all outgoing emails.&#x20;

### Email Verifications

The *Email Verifications settings* will allows system verifications to be triggered. When not enabled no actions for verification will be shown in the console.

### Password Reset

The *Password Reset* setting shows the password reset link for all system users on the console login page. For increased security you can prevent anyone resetting the password this way. Password resets will require the help from a system administrator or the YUDU Sentinel support team.

### Enforced MFA

Enforced MFA setting is highly recommend for all systems for increased security

The *Enforced MFA* setting forces all console users to setup two-factor authentication and enter the two-factor authentication code on login. Users who have not enabled two-factor authentication will be prompted when logging in and will not be able to proceed until they have it enabled.&#x20;
