# Create User

Create a new System User

Create system users on page **/system/users/create**

This area is restricted to users with permission:  **People Manager**

From this page you can manually enter System Contact information via the create form.

The only required fields are **Name**, **Surname,** **Primary Email** and **Password**

The Primary Email field must be unique for each System User.
